(KRON) — After a sunny weekend in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, Monday is a different story as heavy rainfall is hitting the region. The National Weather Service forecasts up to two inches of rainfall in parts of the Bay Area.
There will also be a “good chance” of thunderstorms between Monday and Tuesday in the Bay Area, the NWS said. As of 5 p.m., a Flood Advisory has been issued in San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Mateo, Sonoma and Napa counties.
