On March 1, 2023, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board filed a CR-101 Preproposal Statement of Inquiry as WSR 23-06-079 to open rulemaking on WAC 314-55-096 – Vendor, Educational, and Internal Quality Control Samples. The formal public comment period for this rulemaking was closed on April 14, 2023. However, after reviewing stakeholder comments, rules coordinators have additional questions and would like more information from stakeholders.

As such, below are links to three license-specific surveys on this topic that are intended to be completed only by the appropriate cannabis licensee and/or their employee.

Please do not fill out each survey out more than once. If you are producer/processor licensee, please complete both Producer and Processor surveys.

The survey data collected will only be used by rules coordinators to inform rulemaking on this topic. All survey responses are anonymous, and all survey questions are optional.

This survey will close on Sunday, July 30 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time.

Please email Cassidy West, Policy and Rules Manager, with any questions or concerns: [email protected].

Visit our current rulemaking webpage for more information about this and other rulemaking topics.
