LCD Soundsystem will headline Format Festival in Bentonville, Arkansas, on Friday, September 22, with Jamie xx, Little Simz, and Digable Planets playing downbill the same day. The three-day arts and music festival, which takes place in forest-enclosed land in the Ozark Mountains, also features headliners Alanis Morisette and Leon Bridges. Modest Mouse, the Phracyde, Channel Tres, Sudan Archives, Sofia Kourtesis, and Serpentwithfeet are among the other Saturday and Sunday acts. Standard general admission tickets cost $199.
There will also be art performances and installations including Guerrilla Girls’ I’m Not a Feminist but if I Was, JR’s Inside Out Project, and Serpentwithfeet’s theatrical dance show Heart of Brick.
