Kim Kardashian joked about her secret wedding to first husband Damon Thomas while chatting with mom Kris Jenner.
On the latest episode of The Kardashians, titled “You Have No Idea How Iconic This Is,” obtained in advance by Newsweek, the SKKN and Skims founder, 42, made light of eloping in Las Vegas following Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker‘s wedding.
The Poosh mogul, 43, and Blink-182 drummer, 46, got engaged in October 2021 on the beach in Montecito, California. They wed in April in an unofficial ceremony in Vegas following the Grammy Awards and tied the knot for a second time on May 15, when their nuptials were said to be legally binding.
“Can you believe that Kourtney and Travis got married in Vegas?” Jenner, 66, asked Kim Kardashian while visiting what appeared to be her office.
“It’s not real. We’ve all done it once in our lives,” the mom of four—who shares kids North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, with ex-husband Kanye West, 45—laughed.

“Yours was real,” Jenner replied, to which Kardashian acknowledged: “I know.”
Jenner then pointed out that she never eloped to Sin City before asking: “Who’s we all?”
In a separate confessional, the momager admitted she would be “disappointed” if Kourtney Kardashian and Barker walked down the aisle without her present.
“I guess I’ll get over it. I mean, been there, done that,” Jenner said. “Kim did it too, she didn’t even tell me when she came home.”
When a producer for The Kardashians asked, “Because she was afraid?” Jenner joked: “Yeah. I’d be afraid of me too. You know what I mean?”
Kim Kardashian explained that while her sister’s marriage appeared on the Clark County website, the county in which Las Vegas is located, it was just for “fun.”
“She was drunk as a skunk laying on the floor throwing up,” Jenner claimed about her daughter. “Who wants to get married like that?”
“Who doesn’t?” Kardashian shrugged. “That’s exciting.”
Kim Kardashian was just 19 years old when she married music producer Thomas. They tied the knot in 2000 and split in 2003. Although the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami alum has largely kept details about their marriage private, she said in a 2018 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she was “on ecstasy” during their wedding.
“I did ecstasy once and I got married. I did it again, I made a sex tape. Like, everything bad would happen [when I was on drugs],” she said.
Thomas clapped back at those claims, however, telling VladTV in April 2022 that he doesn’t “remember that at all.”
“I think it’s unfair to make those kind of blanket statements because we have kids now, you know?” the 51-year-old said. “I have children. My kid goes to the same school her kid goes to. So, imagine him when he has to deal with that at school.”
