It’s no secret that we love K-beauty here at Who What Wear. From skincare to makeup, we’ll sample any innovations we can get our hands on from Korea because they never do us wrong. One category we have yet to explore much in that realm, though, is fragrance. Skincare and makeup often become the focus among K-beauty fans, but there are so many incredible Korean fragrance brands emerging that also deserve our attention.
Recently, I decided it was time to explore what this category had to offer. I came to the conclusion that Korean brand Elorea is the one to watch as we kick off 2026. It offers a suite of sophisticated, clean-smelling, and bold fragrances that just ooze cool girl energy. I put a few of the brand’s key offerings to the test and shared my thoughts below. Fire Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Lime, lemon, elemi, lavender, iris, violet, camellia, leather, amber, roasted tonka, sandalwood, akigalawood
What I love most about this brand and its fragrances is that they’re not my typical fragrance MO. I usually go for fruity or gourmand scents, but this fragrance is honestly none of those things. It’s more of a woody, warm, floral scent and I’m obsessed with it. The notes of iris, violet, camellia, and tonka really stand out to me. The tonka gives it a really rich undertone, and it has so much longevity even after you spray it once. It’s really complex and layered but has a creamy finish to it that I can’t get enough of. After an hour or so, it settles into a more floral scent on me, but it’s so pretty. I’ve never smelled anything like it so if you decide to pick this one up, you definitely won’t smell like anyone else in the room.

Inflorescence Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Schisandra Berry, mulberry, lily of the valley, plum blossom, honeysuckle, white amber, sandalwood, musk
This fragrance smells like clean laundry in the best way possible. It’s so fresh, floral, and beautiful. While different, the overall vibe of this fragrance reminds me of Byredo’s Blanche, which I’m a huge fan of. It’s really light on the skin and is perfect for daytime wear. It still leaves an impression, though. If someone passed me wearing this, I would have to stop them and ask what they’re wearing. It’s subtle, but powerful—the best fragrances usually are.
Like I mentioned above, all of this brand’s fragrances have amazing longevity and projection—even the ones with lighter notes. I appreciate this because there’s nothing worse than spending a small fortune on a perfume only for it to last 30 minutes tops.

Royal Resin Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Organic citron, petalia, ginger, raspberry, myrrh, cistus, lily of the valley, Korean silk, incense, santal album, labdanum, Korean birch (oud)
This fragrance was my absolute favorite of the bunch and is steeped in Korean tradition. It’s a modern tribute to the ancient royal palaces featuring Korean birch, a precious oud with a long history. It’s a rare ingredient known for its meditative aroma and was also considered a deeply spiritual wood. I immediately fell in love with the combination of notes here. While it’s definitely a woodier fragrance, the notes of ginger, raspberry, and myrrh add something so beautiful to the mix. It’s sweet and woody at the same time, leaving a luxurious and sophisticated scent cloud in its wake. While it definitely screams fall-winter fragrance to me, I know I won’t be able to resist wearing this year-round. It’s now one of my top five favorite fragrances of all time.

Bae Frais Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Korean Pear, bergamot, ambrette, orange flower, nectar, Korean pear blossom, tonka beans, akigalawood, sandalwood
This fragrance is the sweetest I tried from the brand, and besides Royal Resin, it’s my absolute favorite. The notes of Korean pear are what stand out most on my skin, giving it a really juicy and delicious quality. The dry-down is also unique. That’s when you start to smell the woodier notes of sandalwood and akigalawood, but you also still catch whiffs of warmer, floral notes like orange flower and ambrette. They ground the otherwise very fruity fragrance, but if you’re into a warm, radiant, and juicier vibe, this one’s for you.

Heaven Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Boseong green tea, bergamot, pink pepper, rose, jasmine sambac, freesia, patchouli, amber, musk, vanilla
While I haven’t gotten to try this fragrance just yet, it’s a consistent best seller from the brand so that means it must be a hit. It’s a luscious scent with notes of rose, jasmine sambac, and bergamot. It’s a *true* floral scent, but notes of patchouli, vanilla, and amber give it extra warmth, sweetness, and depth so it doesn’t smell basic in the slightest.

Hazy Blue Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Upcycled bergamot, cool ozone accord, upcycled orange flower water, lily of the valley, jasmine petals, sandalwood, amber, musk
The brand describes this scent as mystical and aromatic. I have to agree. It’s soothing, refreshing, and soft with notes of bergamot, orange flower water, and jasmine petals. It’s honestly the type of fragrance I’d spritz before a meditation session because it’s so calming to me. Although it’s airier than fragrances like Royal Resin, I love that it still has a base of sandalwood, amber, and musk to give it a smooth and unique finish.

Another best seller for the brand, Git is an elevated floral scent that’s inspired by the elegance of the traditional Korean hanbok. Git represents the unique floral collar design of a hanbok with notes of lotus leaves, lychee, peony, and lotus blossom. I’m a huge sucker for anything with lychee. In fact, one of my all-time favorite perfumes contains lychee, and I always get compliments on it. This scent is just really beautiful. Like all of the brand’s other fragrances, it just gives smooth, sophisticated, cool-girl energy. While fresh and floral, the dry-down reveals a muskier quality to it that just gets better as the day or night goes on.
