Jeremy Renner returned to a red carpet for the first time since his January snowplow accident, walking with a cane and his daughter at the premiere of his new series.

The “Avengers” actor smiled Tuesday night as he stopped for photos with 10-year-old Ava and other family members at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles.

His new Disney+ show, “Rennervations,” centers on Renner renovating decommissioned government vehicles to fit other community needs.

The premiere marked one of the first public appearances by Renner since he was run over by his 14,000-pound snowplow near his Nevada home on Jan. 1, leaving him critically wounded.

Last week, ABC aired Renner’s first interview since the accident, with the actor revealing he typed out a goodbye note to his family from his hospital bed. Renner, 52, then appeared Monday on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” where he said he broke around 35 bones.

Renner reunited at Tuesday’s premiere with Kimmel, who moderated a Q&A with the actor, according to NBC’s “Today” show.

“My mom wants to light [the snowplow] on fire and have a big ol’ party,” Renner told Kimmel at the event. “Light it on fire. No, but the thing’s amazing. I love this thing and it’s a necessity. It’s how you get to the house when we have these giant snowstorms.”

Renner was injured as he attempted to stop the moving snowplow from hitting his nephew, officials said in January.

The actor debuted as the arrow-shooting superhero Hawkeye in 2011 and has repeatedly played the character in Marvel movies since. His character is also the focal point of the 2021 Disney+ series “Hawkeye.”
