Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu marked 100 days of the war by vowing that “nobody will stop” Israel’s forces until their “total victory,” while dismissing the case it faces at the International Court of Justice over allegations of genocide. Two U.N. officials said the flow of commercial goods into Gaza must be resumed because aid agencies alone can no longer provide enough supplies to stem the unfolding humanitarian crisis.
