Barkgata Pet Services LLC, a pet grooming, daycare and boarding business, leased 6,250 square feet of retail space at 1661 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale. This will be Barkgata’s second location following its first in Nesconset. James Dunn of Atlantic Property Services represented the tenant, while Luciano Oliverio of Paramount Properties Group represented the landlord, Pramette LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

3231-3253 Route 112, Medford

The Suffolk County GOP and the Brookhaven Town Republican Committee leased 3,616 square feet of office space at 3231-3253 Route 112 in Medford. The tenant was self-represented, while Lee Rosner of NAI Long Island represented the landlord, Brookhaven Holdings DE LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

690 Albany Ave., North Amityville

Ideas Tile & Marble Corp. leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 690 Albany Ave. in North Amityville. Michael Parnes of Schacker Realty represented the tenant, while the landlord, Steven Dorf Properties LLC, was self-represented in the lease transaction.

 

1350 RXR Plaza, Uniondale

CenterLight, a home healthcare agency, subleased 10,000 square feet of office space at 1350 RXR Plaza in Uniondale. Maryanne Dugan, David Leviton and Evan Margolin of JLL represented the subtenant, while Chip Entwistle and Kevin Lann of ACC Space represented the main tenant, Roman & Associates, in the sublease transaction.

 

170 Little East Neck Road,  West Babylon

B & B Well Counseling, a mental health practice owned and operated by Kristen Belevich, leased 600 square feet of office space at 170 Little East Neck Road in West Babylon. Regina Forcino of Winkler Real Estate represented the tenant and Winkler Real Estate owner/broker Jamie Winkler represented the landlord, 170 LENR LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

515 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola

N&S Electric Supply and Lighting, a provider of commercial and residential lighting and electrical supplies, purchased a 7,077-square-foot retail building on .48 acres at 515 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola for $2.4 million. This will be the company’s fourth Long Island store, following others in Huntington Station, Freeport and Bay Shore. The property was formerly occupied by an Auto Barn store which closed earlier this year. Ron Koenigsberg of American Investment Properties represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Group 5 Realty LLC, in the sales transaction.

 

55 W. Main St., Oyster Bay

Lauren La Bella Tattoo LLC leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 55 W. Main St. in Oyster Bay. Giuseppe Gregorio and Nicholas Evangelista of NY Space Finders represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, HL Binder Equities LLC, in the lease transaction.

 

330 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge

The Law Office of Louis Sternberg leased 2,287 square feet of office space at 330 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge. Another law firm, Plummer & Plummer LLP, leased 1,280 square feet of office space at the same building and The Law Office of Pat McCarthy and accountant Richard Eitelberg also leased 1,114 square feet of office space at the property. Dan Oliver of Newmark represented Louis Sternberg, Lawrence Densen and Christopher Mayor of Island Associates represented McCarthy and Eitelberg, while Plummer & Plummer was self-represented on the tenant side. Roger Wooster of The Rochlin Organization represented the landlord, Valley East Management in all of the lease transactions and he was assisted by his Rochlin Organization colleague Joe Kondracke in the Louis Sternberg lease.
