TSX has approved renewal of IGM Financial (TSX:IGM:CA) normal course issuer bid and automatic securities purchase plan through which up to 3M common shares, representing ~1.3% of the 238,131,738 common shares outstanding on December 7, 2023
The NCIB will commence December 21, 2023, and continue until December 20, 2024.
The ASPP provides standard instructions regarding how the company common shares are to be purchased under the NCIB during certain pre-determined trading blackout periods, subject to pre-established parameters.
