A retail property in Huntington Station has traded for $1.635 million. 

JAS Aquatics purchased the 5,400-square-foot building on .46 acres at 454-456 Jericho Turnpike. 

The property, which had been divided into two stores, was delivered vacant. 

Founded in 2009, JAS Aquatics offers pool design and construction services, including pool and spa installation, decking, pavers and custom landscaping. The company will be relocating from East Farmingdale. 

Dennis Gandley and Louis Fisher of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Valerie Hanna, in the sales transaction.
