WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump will deliver his State of the Union address Tuesday night, and WUSA9 will be streaming the speech.
Trump is just over a year into his second term, and the country has drastically changed over the past 13 months. It’s the second address he has given to Congress in his second term. In that time, his administration has carried out rapid cuts to the federal workforce, aggressive immigration enforcement, deadly response to protests and much more. And this year’s speech comes during the country’s 250th anniversary, for which the president is planning celebrations.
