1. Recognize the red flags:-You need to know who or what you are dealing with in order to save yourself.You need to know the dangers that you are going to face if you further stay in this mess.You need to accept what the other person is even if it hurts you.Be strong enough to face the truth.

2.Pull yourself out slowly:-Realize your worth and understand that it is not your fault.Stand up for yourself and firmly go no contact.It is going to be hella tough,you may feel like you are on the verge of death but even in that state deep down you will know that you are right.Pull yourself out because no one is going to do it for you.

4.The other person(be it a friend,significant other,relative,family members..)is insane:-You giving it another go is not going to change the person.Sooner or later you are going to regret taking another chance and losing your self respect.YES!Life gives second chances but this is not a normal situation.You literally have to save your life and precious time and come out of this black hole.

After you have cut off all ties 

1. CONTROL YOURSELF :-After you have cut all ties with that person,try to stop yourself  from texting,calling or by any sort of means you could contact him or her. That person is going to reach out to you sooner or later but you need to be aware of not falling into the trap.

2. LIGHT YOURSELF UP :- 

a) Try to get involved in some other activities.

b) Watch a movie, listen to song or do anything that you used to like before.

 c)  At first you may feel that it is impossible to be happy and as if your body is rejecting any source of happiness but it is going to be okay.

d)  Go for a walk and spent time with nature,if you cannot go outside (considering the present COVID-19 situation) go to your rooftop or balcony to get some fresh air.

Once you start spending time with nature, you will start falling in love with yourself and the nature will vibe with you. Cool isn’t it ?

They won’t even try to understand the logic that you present to them . Why would you want to get involved in any shitty conversation that leads to no where?  .So it’s better and also important for you to STOP EXPLAINING THEM IN LOOPS. Start explaining yourself the utmost need to make your way out and save your god damn life!
