Ahead of its launch beginning tomorrow, HoYoverse began Honkai Star Rail version 2.0 update pre-installation over the weekend. Honkai Star Rail 2.0 will also add Apple Vision Pro compatibility mode when it arrives. If you’ve not kept up with the update, 2.0 will bring in three new characters including Black Swan, the beginning of Penacony’s Trailblaze Missions which will continue across 2.2 and 2.3, reruns, and more. Since this update is larger than prior ones with its new location and much more, the download size is quite a bit bigger than expected. It is just over 12GB on iPhone and nearly 17GB on PC. Barring the new content, I’m very curious to see the new Apple hardware specific updates that arrive in 2.0 including how the team handles Apple Vision Pro support.
