Hong Kong-based producer Yaat is methodically taking over the dance music scene with his fresh take on beloved genres like tech house, psy-slap, and pop. Formerly known as Yaman, Yaat has already seen success with his debut release “Jenny from the Block,” which is gearing up to reach the 1.5 million streams mark on Spotify.

Yaat’s follow-up to the Jennifer Lopez cover was a collaboration with UK producer DC13, “Crave Your Love,” which has also garnered massive attention. Yaat’s success was partly fuelled by NFT platform monkmafia.io, which has helped raise over $13,500 for 20% royalties from “Jenny from the Block.” With confirmed performances at the S2O Festival in Hong Kong and the Road to Unseen Festival, Yaat is a producer who’s here to stay. Keep an eye out for more catchy tunes from this rising talent.
