A homeless man was found dead inside a Brooklyn subway tunnel after getting struck by a train, police said Tuesday.

A worker made the discovery at 11:55 p.m. Monday about 500 feet into the Manhattan-bound tunnel for the F train at the Jay St.-Metro Tech station in Downtown Brooklyn.

Police said the man, who had no identification on him but appeared to be in his 30s and homeless, had been struck by a train at some point earlier.
