Historic Miami-Dade Courthouse to be auctioned on surplus website

Miami-Dade, which long failed to sell the historic Miami-Dade County Courthouse for more than $50 million, has put it up for auction on a government surplus website where the most expensive U.S. property’s reserve price is $50,000.
