Ralph Ineson — a British actor known for appearing in the final three “Harry Potter” films and several episodes of “Game of Thrones” — is suing Walt Disney after suffering an injury on the U.K. set of Disney+ fantasy series “Willow.”

The 54-year-old is reportedly seeking up to £150,000 ($190,500) from Walt Disney Company Ltd for permanent shoulder damage he allegedly sustained when he fell while filming during a nighttime shoot in July 2021.

The suit, filed in the London High Court, says the fall occurred while Ineson was dressed in knight’s armor for a battle scene against a 9-foot-tall ogre. Ineson claims the resulting shoulder dislocation has limited what kind of roles he can now take on. Parts that require physical activity, such as fighting or horseback-riding, are impossible due to the injury, he says.

Ineson is putting the blame on producers, who he claims are responsible for not having cleaned the steps where he fell, and for the pressure to maintain tight deadlines that led to certain safety measures potentially being overlooked.

Disney has not yet publicly remarked on the lawsuit filed by Ineson.

The actor — who most recently appeared in AI-centric sci-fi film “The Creator” — portrayed Amycus Carrow in the final three “Potter” films, and Dagmer Cleftjaw in five episodes of “Thrones.”

He’s also known for his breakout role of Chris Finch in the U.K. version of “The Office,” as well as the critically acclaimed A24 films “The Witch” and “The Green Knight.”

“Willow,” which hit the streamer in November 2022, is a follow-up to Ron Howard’s 1988 cult favorite fantasy-adventure film. The platform removed the show from its offerings back in May due to cost-cutting measures — a move that film and series star Warwick Davis slammed as “embarrassing.”
