The Giants and Saquon Barkley have agreed on a one-year contract worth up to $11 million that includes $2 million signing bonus, a source tells the Daily News.

The Giants still can tag Barkley after this season if they wish, but this is a positive resolution that will bring the running back into training camp.

Barkley, 26, was expected to sit out all of training camp and possibly into the regular season after failing to sign a long-term contract by the July 17 deadline for players who are on the franchise tag.

Barkley was due to make $10.09 million on the tag, so this contract gives him a chance to earn slightly more.

This is a developing story. Check back for details.
