With the GRAMMYs being right around the corner, we’ve all been refreshing our newsfeeds to find out the Offical Afterparty lineup. And seeing Flo Rida headlining was the exact vibe we’re asking for in 2023! There isn’t anyone more qualified to set a high-quality vibe, start a dance party, and start a massive sing-a-long event than him. So in eager anticipation for the performance, we decided to share our 5 setlist must-haves!

‘My House’

A classic high-energy, feel-good song to start any event off right. Add on a room full of GRAMMY award winners and their friends, and now we’ve got a party! This is not only a perfect top 5 song setlist track but one that if Flo Rida didn’t play, it’s safe to say we wouldn’t be the only ones with words to share.

‘Right Round’

Picture it, The sun is shining a little brighter, and you’re feeling lighter, and euphoric some might even say. You might ask yourself why this is happening, and then you hear it, ‘Right Round’ by Flo Rida playing. Suddenly, it all makes sense. That is the cultural impact of this song, we have all had a moment similar to the one above. If he doesn’t play ‘Right Round,’ then in our opinion Flo Rida simply never took the stage. It was his alter ego, Florida, equally talented but a weaker setlist.

‘Elevator (Feat. Timbaland)’

This is our “deep-cut” pick for the set, but how could you blame us? Timbaland? That alone is an immediate full send, but this song altogether embodies the ultimate party energy. We personally feel that Flo Rida would agree, and therefore we must insist on him playing it at the GRAMMY Official Afterparty! The entire world will be thanking him for it later, that’s simply a fact!

‘Who Dat Girl? (Feat. Akon)’

Some might call this track a relic of the past, we call it the song of the moment for every moment. There isn’t a combination that radiates 2010’s comfort the way one like this does. And even if we saw this track as a solo piece, we would still be having a concert in our living room as if we were in that room looking Flo Rida in the eyes. This is the kind of song that you put on in any setting and everyone gasps and proceeds to get lit.

‘Low (Feat. T-Pain)’

And last, but most certainly not least we have the song, the moment, the song to rewrite dance music as we know it today, the cultural reset, the culture setter, ‘Low.’ This is one we’re pretty confident we’re going to hear, but we can’t make a setlist requirement list and not include it, that’s not even close to realistic. So basically, when you hear these opening notes, know that wherever we are, we are getting down.
