FDA approves over-the-counter Narcan spray – CBS News

The Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday approved the over-the-counter sale of Narcan, a nasal spray used to combat opioid overdoses. It marks the first naloxone product approved by the FDA for sale without a prescription. Roxana Saberi has the details.
