ePlus acquires assets of Realwave

  • ePlus (NASDAQ:PLUS) said on Wednesday that its subsidiary, OneCloud Consulting, has acquired substantially all the operating assets of Realwave, a software company offering cloud-based, AI-powered, data analysis that can integrate with data sources.
