Empire Automotive Group has leased an industrial property in Deer Park. 

The company leased the 63,677-square-foot building on 6 acres at 365 Bay Shore Road. Empire plans to create a service center at the Deer Park location and utilize the property as a parts warehouse. 

Empire Automotive owns and operates several auto dealerships on Long Island, as well as in Queens, Westchester County and New Jersey. 

Brian Cleva of Cleva Philips represented the tenant, while Kyle Burkhardt, Joshua Cohen and Patrick Ciancimino of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Criterion Group LLC, in the lease transaction.
