The Roundtree, a boutique hotel in Amagansett, is offering a “winter culinary series,” which could help the East End draw visitors even in the off-season.

The upcoming culinary series comprises a “rotating residency” of top Manhattan chefs on weekends from Jan. 13 through Feb. 25.

Dining will take place at Rosie’s, an eatery adjacent to the hotel. In addition to dining, the series will include discussions and private cooking classes.

The series features residencies from top New York chefs including from Doran Wong’s trio of restaurants, Akshaky Bhardwaj of Michelin-starred Junoon, Maria Loi and others.

The Roundtree will also host an intimate Lunar New Year celebration complete with family traditions and the sharing of recipes. This year is the Year of the Rabbit.

Reservations, as well as the full schedule of visiting chefs, are available on the Roundtree website.
