PORTLAND, Oregon —  A few lingering showers this morning, but completely dry weather will take hold today with partly cloudy skies this afternoon.  Highs Wednesday will make the mid-50s.

The clearing sky Wednesday night sets the stage for a cold and eventually frosty, Thursday morning with possible fog. Moving forward tomorrow, sunny skies will begin the warm up as afternoon valley temps warm into the 60s.

It won’t be quite as cold Friday morning, and Friday should bring our first 70-degree day of the year.  The warmest days of this stretch will be Saturday and Sunday, with highs in the low to possibly mid 70s.  The coast will also see sunshine as temps warm into the 60s.

Warm, dry weather continues on Monday.  But just as we change seasons next week, cool, showery weather returns and likely remains through most of the rest of the month.
