SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A driver was left with major injuries after crash involving a big rig in West Sacramento Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash left the big rig’s trailer overturned and the driver of the other car with major injuries.
CHP said they don’t suspect drugs or alcohol in the crash, but weather could be a factor.
According to Caltrans, the overturned vehicle temporarily closed the westbound connector to eastbound Highway 50. It has since reopened.
