“Due to the ongoing heatwave, and out of concern for our crew and fans, we are forced to cancel our outdoor show in Houston this Sunday Sept. 3,” reads Danzig‘s post. “We hope to make it back as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued at point of purchase.”

To be fair, it’s been hot as fuck in Houston lately. Public school districts in Greater Houston have been limiting outdoor activity for the safety of the kids as the entire South consistently breaks its own heatwave records. Barring any more freak weather (and there will be), Danzig‘s tour with Behemoth, Twin Temple, and Midnight now runs as follows.

9/1 Irving, TX – The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory
9/2 San Antonio, TX – Boeing Center at Tech Port
9/6 Atlanta, GA – Roxy Theatre
9/8 Alton, VA – Blue Ridge Rock Festival
9/9 Atlantic City, NJ – Ovation Hall
9/11 Boston, MA – MGM Music Hall at Fenway
9/13 Cleveland, OH – Masonic Temple
9/14 Detroit, MI – Masonic Temple Theatre
9/16 Newport, KY – Megacorp Pavilion
9/17 Chicago, IL – Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom
9/22 Las Vegas, NV – The Theatre at Virgin Hotels
9/23 Ontario, CA – The Toyota Arena
