Cyclist injured after crash with vehicle in North Sacramento

(FOX40.COM) — A cyclist was in the hospital following a collision with a vehicle in North Sacramento, according to Sacramento Police Department.

Police said the crash happed before 3:45 p.m. on the 2300 block of Boxwood Street near Calvados Avenue. The cyclist was in critical condition when they were transported to the hospital.

At around 5:41 p.m., police said the cyclist was in stable condition.

The crash led to road closures near Boxwood Street and Calvados Avenue. Those roads have opened up, police said.
