Corporate Travel Management has hired two new executives and promoted a third in its North America business, appointments that CTM North America CEO Kevin O’Malley said are meant to boost its service and technology offerings.

The travel management company has hired Eve White as VP of global customer solutions, where she will lead a team charged with solutions for global and multinational travel programs and work with the TMC’s product team and regional leaders. She joins CTM from FCM Travel and has more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, including positions at WhereTo, HRG, BCD Travel and Northwest Airlines.

White replaces Kristen Platt, who is moving to a newly created position, SVP of technology initiatives. Platt will be working on product integration readiness and data management and aggregation for clients.

In addition, CTM has hired Sarah D’Alessandro as SVP and general manager overseeing the New York and New Jersey region for the TMC. D’Alessandro also has 30 years of business travel industry experience, including more than 20 years at BCD Travel and leadership positions at Direct Travel.

O’Malley said the appointments are part of an increased investment in response to a 2022 global customer survey indicating clients will prioritize customer service next year.

“Our priority is to innovate in the service arena and to deliver new channels and solutions that enable customers to book, manage their itinerary and travel with maximum ease, confidence, safety and productivity,” he said in a statement.
