Croatian star IVXN has showcased himself as one of the Balkan nation’s most talented musicians with each of his releases, the latest of which is the stellar Ritual. The single channels nineties euro-rave vibes as the musician re-teams with regular collaborator Andreas Björkman.
IVXN co-writes with Andreas and Ananda Đuranović, with Ritual following on from the equally brilliant Atacama and Monopol. Paying tribute to nineties eurodance anthems, Ritual is accompanied by a music video that sets the track against VHS-style visuals, late-night drives, and atmospheric cityscapes.
IVXN shared with fans: ‘Ritual is a song that is a kind of ode to my childhood and the genre with which I was introduced to the world of music. Thanks to Andreas Björkman for their patience, time, and effort in making the song sound exactly as we imagined.’
The track follows the acoustic anniversary release of IVXN’s Dora 2025 entry, Monopol.
