I’ve always liked the color for Charlotte Tilbury’s Lip Cheat liner — and this new duo looks fab.
One side of the pencil is easily sharpened to a point and is intended for lining and contouring your lips, while the other side has a softer, creamier version of the pencil so you can fill your lips in.
