The co-developer of the Eleven on the River tower in Minneapolis’ Mill District has purchased one of its condominium units for $4 million.

Luigi Bernardi, president of Edina-based Arcadia, which co-developed Eleven alongside Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. US Inc., purchased a unit on one of the upper floors Jan. 20, according to a certificate of real estate value.
