24 Foundation’s Second Annual Superhero Stomp 5K, 10K and Kids Fun Run
Saturday, April 6, 8a
Dress in your favorite superhero costume or grab your most beloved cape for this themed fun run! Sign up for the 5K, 10K or Kids Fun Run (or walk) as you raise funds and awareness to help fight cancer. Funds from the race will help support pediatric cancer navigation and survivorship programs at Levine Children’s Hospital.

Celebrate your love for running with this Half Marathon, 10K & 10K Relay. Racefest is a known Charlotte favorite and offers the community an experience full of tradition, goodwill, and good vibes. Pet Palooza is an annual fundraising walk and community festival featuring live music, food trucks, pet-loving vendors, and fun for the whole family. While the festival is free to attend, those who wish to participate in the walk must register ahead of time.

2024 Charlotte Brew Fest

Celebrate National Beer Day with unlimited beer samples from 30+ craft breweries, food trucks, cornhole, live music, vendors, and more. Proceeds from the event benefit AltruSpirit, a local non-profit that will provide athletic programming for at-risk/financially disadvantaged youth in the Charlotte area.

Climate Conversations: The Language of Trees Art Exhibition

Climate Conversations: The Language of Trees is an interactive art exhibition featuring drawings, sketches, and paintings from Charlotte artist Wil Bosbyshell’s ongoing Trees series. The exhibition will feature over 35 artworks, including 15 large-scale drawings, sketches, paintings, and silk screens. Hanging banners amidst the drawings will mimic a walk in the forest among falling leaves, and viewers are invited to share their own memories or experiences with trees by hanging their stories on a community memory tree.

Charlotte StrEATs Tasting Tour
April 13, 12 – 3p
Festival-goers will taste their way through Charlotte’s iconic neighborhoods enjoying tastes from 20 restaurants. These restaurants are all locally-owned and are chosen specifically because their food is some of the best in the city. Attendees will enjoy bites from each while sipping on craft cocktails and listening to live music. The event will take place at Gateway Village in the heart of Uptown. This year’s celebrity guest will be Chef Aarón Sánchez,an award-winning chef, TV personality, author and philanthropist. His television career spans over two decades starring on hit shows such as Food Network’s Chopped and the Emmy-nominated series Taco Trip
