California’s Morongo Casino Resort and Spa in Cabazon has unveiled a new mobile app for its property. To be released on Friday, September 1, the application is set to provide users with an encompassing digital interface to the resort’s offerings.
The app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and offers patrons the ability to access their Morongo Rewards accounts, casino promotions, along with other functionality related to the resort’s amenities.
One of the highlights of the app is the ability for users to navigate the casino floor from their devices, helping them locate specific slot machines. Patrons will also be able to purchase concert tickets and manage reservations, from rooms and poolside casitas, to spa treatments and dining at the resort’s venues. To promote the application’s launch, Morongo Casino Resort will be offering Phone 14 Pluses to a selection of 18 guests who download and link the app to their Morongo Rewards account from September 1-3. Additionally, the resort plans daily drawings throughout September with app users having the opportunity to win a two-night stay.
The app will be of particular interest to Morongo Rewards members, who will earn access to exclusive app-only benefits, including special concert pricing, room rates, and a range of unique promotions.
Morongo’s Chief Operating Officer, Richard St. Jean, stated: “The goal with our new app is to place the full spectrum of Morongo’s amenities within easy reach of our guests, promising an integrated experience whether they’re engaging with casino activities, managing reservations, or accessing other facilities.”
