MARGATE, FLA. (WSVN) – A boy is recovering in the hospital after gunfire rang out in a Margate neighborhood.
Investigators surrounded a car at Southwest 71st Avenue and Forest Boulevard Monday night.
The child was rushed to Broward Health Medical Center where he underwent surgery.
An investigation into the cause of the shooting is now underway.
