We are delighted to have new music from Armenian star PARG, who now goes by the artist name of PARGEV. Releasing his first single since his Eurovision anthem Survivor, PARGEV delivers SARN ES (‘You Are Cold’), a track that touches on melancholic emotions but presents them in a grooving, up-tempo musical style.
PARGEV delivers a charismatic vocal, drawing us into this tale of a relationship turned frosty – yet the warm memories still linger. PARGEV writes the music and lyrics, with mixing and mastering from Konstantin Pyzhov. The result is a polished pop treat, that gives us a sense of the organic musical shift that PARGEV presents as he moves into this new musical era. Production feels memorable, with addictive sing-a-long lyricism that blends modern pop with traditional Armenian flavour.
The package is completed with an ambitious music video starring PARGEV and directed by Andrew Mityushkin and Kate Vlas. It captures the lyrical message of the Armenian-language track with a smooth sophistication and artistic edge.
