A stunning report published earlier this week by Newsweek indicates that the FBI has been quietly pursuing supporters of the former President Donald Trump as terrorist targets.
Democrats have long been demonizing America First voters as a threat to democracy and as an example of domestic terrorists.
But the Newsweek report serves as confirmation that they are being targeted by the FBI specifically due to their political beliefs – something which never could have previously been imagined before in a country founded on fundamental freedoms.
The opening paragraph is enough to send chills down one’s spine.
“The federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbances around the 2024 U.S. presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers.”
The weaponization of the federal government against its own people has been strongly suspected over the last few years, but having it laid out before you in a report from a source not known as being right-wing is rather startling.
Newsweek goes on to reveal that the FBI has even created a new category to keep track – AGAAVE — “anti-government, anti-authority violent extremism” – and that, as such, the vast majority of the FBI’s “current ‘anti-government’ investigations are of Trump supporters.”

FBI Hunting Trump Supporters As Terrorists
Following the one-off riot at the Capitol in 2021, Democrats immediately pushed the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021, which sought to expand the definition of domestic terrorism in order to target Trump supporters.
President Joe Biden, in a borderline dictatorial speech in September of 2022, vilified “MAGA Republicans” as extremists and a “threat to this country.”
“Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic,” Biden angrily said in one of the most divisive speeches ever delivered by an American President.

This latest report demonstrates that the FBI is operating under those same assumptions, and took their own steps to broaden terms in order to target MAGA voters.
Having reviewed what they describe as “secret FBI and Department of Homeland Security data that track incidents, threats, investigations and cases,” Newsweek concludes that the threats listed in one report “are all clearly associated with America’s right and in particular with Trump’s MAGA supporters.”
They note that the AGAAVE description marked a subtle but “gigantic” change in how the bureau addressed political opponents of President Biden.
“Trump and his army of supporters were acknowledged as a distinct category of domestic violent extremists, even as the FBI was saying publicly that political views were never part of its criteria to investigate or prevent domestic terrorism,” they write.

FBI Doesn’t Find It Likely Democrats Could Be Violent
While acknowledging to Newsweek their intent to pursue Trump supporters as domestic terrorist threats, the FBI simultaneously dismisses the notion that similar anti-government threats could possibly come from the left.
“What other name could we use?” one FBI officer tells the outlet in reference to the AGAAVE acronym.
“Obviously if Democratic Party supporters resort to violence, it [AGAAVE-Other] would apply to them as well. It doesn’t matter that there is a low likelihood of that,” he explained. “So yes, in practical terms, it refers to MAGA, though the carefully constructed language is wholly nonpartisan.”
A low likelihood? Why is that man not immediately fired for an obvious bias that should be roundly condemned if the FBI wishes to give off even the slightest vibe of being fair and just?

“Trump’s army constitutes the greatest threat of violence domestically … politically … that’s the reality and the problem set,” one senior official tells Newsweek.
We all saw the left-wing race riots that raged for months prior to January 6th. We all saw the left-wing violence on the day Trump was inaugurated. We saw them try to burn down a courthouse in Portland. And we see them practically every day looting major stores in Democrat-run cities.
Those aren’t Trump supporters stealing iPhones from the local Target. They aren’t locking up shelves in Walgreens to keep out people wearing MAGA hats.
And where, pray tell, was the FBI when stuff like this was happening at Trump rallies across the country?

Democrats aren’t likely to engage in extremism? Yeah right.
The only difference is left-wing extremists tend to end up serving in Congress. Or working in the current administration.

It seems rather obvious that the biggest insurrection this country has ever seen was conducted by the FBI. They embedded informants at the Capitol and ignored threats prior to January 6th to assure the riot got out of hand. They then used that as an impetus to change the defintion of domestic terrorism.
Useful idiots on the January 6th committee investigating the riot created a roadmap to justify what they were doing. Plain ol’ idiots in the media lapped it up and reported their findings without challenging the narrative.
And they were off. The FBI had been given a greenlight to pursue anybody even slightly to the right – parents were labeled terrorists, pro-life advocates were arrested, political opponents were indicted and jailed.

Think about that for a minute. If you heard a story about such political persecution taking place in an authoritarian regime – say you heard about Russia jailing political opponents and arresting protesters – you’d be justifiably disgusted.
But here in the Biden era, an American President can implement a regime nearly indistinguishable from something you’d see out of Valdimir Putin, and nobody bats an eye.
The FBI can no longer deny reality – they are the enemy of the people.
