New Features for American Express Business Blueprint

American Express today announced new product updates and to its digital cash flow management hub, American Express Business Blueprint.

The new features provide a more seamless and integrated digital experience for Business Card members to efficiently manage their cash flows, plan future finances through external account integration, comprehensive data analytics, more personalized insights and notifications, as well as expediated payments and advanced planning options. 

American Express Business Blueprint Updates

New analytics enhancements to Business Blueprint’s My Insights give Business Card Members:

  • The ability to link eligible external bank and card accounts to Business Blueprint, providing an aggregated, enhanced view into their business cash flow.
  • Expense alerts on a customer’s online dashboard, notifying them of abnormal spending to better manage their cash flow. 

Business Checking Enhancements

To continue to support ongoing cash flow management for small businesses, customers of American Express® Business Checking, the company’s first proprietary checking product for businesses, can enjoy features, including:


  • An improved mobile check deposit experience for customers to access funds more quickly, with most deposits made available by the next business day.
  • Scheduling recurring and future-date payments, up to one-year in advance
