We’re excited to announce that Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) is now accepting applications for licenses and worker permits. To learn more about the application process, you can click on one of the four new fact sheets below, which are also on the OPS website under each license type page:
Applicants can now apply using the Training, Licensing & Compliance (TLC) online portal system or by using a paper application. The online application portal, TLC, and the paper application can be found on the OPS website under each license type page.
Before taking steps to become licensed, we recommend viewing a new training video: “What is the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act?”, which provides an overview the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (ORS 475A) and the Oregon Psilocybin Services regulatory framework. The video is available in English, Spanish and ASL.
