Air Canada’s EVP and chief commercial officer Lucie Guillemette will retire at the end of April 2023, the carrier announced Thursday. 

Air Canada also announced a realignment of its senior management structure to take effect May 1, 2023. Mark Nasr will become EVP of marketing and digital as well as president of the loyalty program Aeroplan. He currently is SVP of products, marketing and e-commerce. Mark Galardo will become EVP of revenue and network planning, promoted from SVP of network planning and revenue management. 

Guillemette has been with the carrier since 1987 and had held multiple positions over the years. In her current role she is responsible for all commercial activities for the airline and its regional partners, including network planning and management, revenue performance, product, marketing, branding, sales and distribution, according to the carrier.
