ABC7 meteorologist Jaisol Martinez issued an AccuWeather in the early morning due to dense fog.
Heavy rain and possible thunderstorms were forecast to bring some isolated pockets of flooding.
The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Ford and Livingston, Illinois until 11:15 a.m.
A Wind Advisory will be in effect between 6 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday.

Wind gusts could be as high as 55 miles per hour.
A cold blast of air arrives into the area Sunday night, dropping temperatures into the teens and 20s for Monday morning.
Wind chills will be between -5 to 10 degrees on Monday.
Patchy and light snow are forecast for 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Monday.
