“Shrine Banger” is an ode to the first-ever performance by Fly With Us, a collaborative side project by AC Slater and Chris Lorenzo, which took place back in 2022 at The Shrine in Los Angeles. Since then, the track has been a coveted ID in both artists’ sets and now, it’s finally out as the duo’s first official single.
The release also accompanies a huge announcement for Fly With Us: a 2023 performance at the momentous “Shrine Outdoors” concert on October 6th. The show is a pivotal moment for both Slater and Lorenzo, who are poised to take their nom de plume to new heights with next-level production and sound.
Fly With Us originally came about after Slater and Lorenzo joined forces on a track of the same name back in 2021, proving their unmistakable synergy by virtue of the Night Bass hit. The song’s title ultimately catalyzed a deeper partnership, leading to the advent of their Fly With Us alias.
Fly With Us recently performed at HARD Summer in Los Angeles to a sold-out crowd. Lorenzo has upcoming performances at North Coast Music Festival and in Boston, Las Vegas, Brooklyn and other major cities. Meanwhile, fans of Slater can catch him at Nocturnal Wonderland as well as in Tampa, Tucson, Washington D.C. and more.
