Deadline has reported that a new Jason Bourne movie is in the works at Universal, with an Oscar-winning director already being eyed for it. It’s been stated that Edward Berger, who directed the 2022 Academy Award-winning movie All Quiet On The Western Front, is in negotiations to direct and oversee development, but currently no script has been written.
The outlet noted that the movie is in early development but that once a script is done, Matt Damon, who lead the previous films would be approached to return.
