Shocking surveillance video obtained by the Daily News shows the moment a gunman shot and killed a 29-year-old man after an argument at a Harlem liquor store.

Victim Jacob Franco can be seen standing with a group of men outside the Aicha African Hair Braiding salon on W. 128th St. near Frederick Douglass Blvd. at about 11:25 p.m. Friday.

The shooter, his hair in long dreadlocks and wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt and gray shorts, gestures with his hands as he argues with the group, the video shows.

Video from a second surveillance camera shows what happens next. The shooter extends his arm and opens fire, and Franco drops to the ground as his killer turns and runs away toward St. Nicholas Ave.

”He took two shots to his chest,” said a 61-year-old area resident who witnessed the shooting. “He fell on the floor immediately.”

Medics rushed Franco to Harlem Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved.

Police have made no arrests in his killing.
