I’m the one in my friend group that gets text messages asking for shopping advice. It comes with the territory, given my job as a fashion editor. And trust me, I love it and adore sending over some of my favorite selects. One of my dear friends wanted advice on a new piece or two that would make her current wardrobe feel modern, but she didn’t want to spend a lot. There are a few retailers I turn to for affordable items, and H&M is one of the said stores.
