New Jersey Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver dies at 71

New Jersey Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver, the first Black woman to hold elected office in the state, died Tuesday at age 71. Oliver had been serving as acting governor while Gov. Phil Murphy is on vacation.
