Bilt August Rent Day
Bilt has revealed today details about its upcoming Rent Day. This month’s promotion includes a special transfer bonus available only on August 1st. For the first time ever, your Bilt Status will get you between 75% and 150% more Virgin Points when you transfer your Bilt Points.
In addition, you will also see the usual Bilt Rent Day promotions that can earn you free points, double earning on all purchases, a new game for free rent and more. You can get some help with the quiz answers in our Facebook Group, so you can earn your free points. Check out the full details below.

Status Based Transfer Bonus to Virgin Points
On August 1st, you can transfer Bilt Rewards to Virgin points and receive a bonus between 75% and 150% based on your Bilt status. Here’s how that works:

Your bonus will be based on your status as of 8/1. Note that Bilt Status updates are reflected up to 96 hours after any earn action. Blue members must transfer a minimum of 2,000 Bilt Points.
Virgin Points can be used to book flights with Virgin Atlantic (including on SkyTeam partners like Delta), stay at Virgin Limited Edition resorts, book Virgin Experiences, and more. So transfer and book, or transfer and save those extra points for a rainy day – your Virgin Points never expire.
New Game Show, ‘Rent Free’
Playing off the classic Family Feud format, we’ve asked 1,000 Bilt Members some juicy hypothetical questions. Your challenge will be to see how well you know your fellow Bilt Members by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your August rent paid.
To show you how it’s done, we’re bringing on a special guest to play Rent Free live. The better our guest plays, the more rent we’ll pay. This month, we’re excited to have comedian and best-selling author, Claudia Oshry (AKA @girlwithnojob), join us on Rent Free to secure that free rent for you.
Double Points
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings, up to 10,000 bonus points, from 12:00am ET on August 1 through 11:59pm PT on August 1st. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points. And a friendly reminder: When paying at a Bilt Dining restaurant, Bilt Mastercard cardholders can earn up to 11x points through dining on Rent Day.
‘Points Quest’ Trivia
Log in the Bilt Rewards app on July 1st to play Bilt’s ‘Point Quest’ trivia, with Bilt Points up for grabs! Answer 5 questions, and win up to 150 Bilt Points. Answer all 5 questions correctly and you’ll get access to a bonus question for another 100 Bilt Points to win a total of 250 Bilt Points.
SoulCycle
Rent Day Rides are back again on August 1st at 50+ SoulCycle locations nationwide. Members can book a class and receive a complimentary bike for a friend. Members can reserve the special-themed class via Soul-Cycle.com, through the SoulCycle app or directly through the Bilt Rewards app. One lucky rider and their guest attending a Rent Day Ride will both get a month of rent paid by Bilt.
