Lehigh County investigation nets 150 pounds of marijuana and weapons at Lynn Township house – Medical Marijuana Program Connection

An undercover drug investigation in Lehigh County led to three arrests and netted 150 pounds of marijuana, weapons including an untraceable “ghost gun” and cash, the district attorney’s office said.

Three occupants of 9443 Red Road in Lynn Township were charged Thursday:

  • Dayman Ricardo Aponte, 19, charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, three counts each of possession with intent to deliver and simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in Lehigh County Jail under $200,000 bail.
  • Shawn Delgado, 26, charged with one count of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of simple possession, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of illegally possessing a firearm. He is in Lehigh County Jail under $100,000 bail.
  • Bernadette Mari Cabrera, 24, charged with one count each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is in Lehigh County Jail under $50,000 bail.

This investigation, which involved numerous undercover drug buys at the house, included the Lehigh County Drug Task Force; the Allentown police vice unit acting as special county detectives; the state police Special Emergency Response Team; state police at Fogelsville; and the Colonial Regional police K9 unit.
