Inked: Recent LI real estate deals | Long Island Business News

385 Larkfield Road, East Northport

KMC Realty Associates Inc., an East Northport-based real estate investment firm, purchased the 2,700-square-foot building on .83 acres at 385 Larkfield Road in East Northport for about $800,000. The property was formerly occupied by Bank of America and has been vacant for a few years. The buyer is exploring several options for the redevelopment of the property. Edward Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty represented the buyer, as well as the seller, PM Larkfield Road Realty LLC, in the sales transaction.

 

1500 Old Country Road, Westbury

XP League, a youth esports league and Snapology, an education franchise centered on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) leased a 5,218-square-foot space at the Samanea New York mall in Westbury. XP League and Snapology are part of the franchise portfolio of Unleashed Brands, the parent company of Premier Martial Arts, Class 101, The Little Gym and Urban Air Adventure Parks.  The joint esports facility and discovery center opened last weekend. Matthew Kucker, Jordan Baruch and Herb Agin of Colliers represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, and Samanea New York’s Leasing and Development Officer Dominic Collucio also represented ownership in the lease transaction.

 

20 Railroad St., Huntington Station

TAZ Realty Holding Corp., an affiliate of a printing firm and sign manufacturer, purchased the 25,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.25 acres at 20 Railroad St. in Huntington Station for $4.2 million. The property was formerly occupied by Super Sweep, a broom manufacturer which had been leasing the building. Jason Miller and Jeffrey Schwartzberg of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, as well as the seller, RRA Associates of Huntington Station, in the sales transaction. Attorney David Perkins of The Law Office of David L. Perkins also represented the sellers in the deal.

 

410 S. Oyster Bay Road, Hicksville

Five Below, the specialty discount retailer, leased 10,500 square feet in the Woodbury Shopping Center at 410 S. Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville. Five Below is taking part of the space vacated by TJ Maxx after it relocated across the street to Woodbury Plaza. Five Below’s new Hicksville store is expected to open by early next year. Tom Rettaliata and Jeff Howard of RIPCO Real Estate represented Five Below, while Robert Delavale served as in-house representative for the landlord, Breslin Organization, in the Hicksville lease transaction.

 

410 Long Island Ave., Wyandanch

ColorTek LLC, an entity registered to a custom woodworking shop, purchased a 3,605-square-foot industrial building on .12 acres at 410 Long Island Ave. in Wyandanch for $775,000. The business is relocating from leased space in Long Island City. Luciano Oliverio and Chris Cardenas of Paramount Properties Group represented the buyer, while Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the seller, 410 LI Ave. LLC, in the sales transaction.
