4 killed in fire at NYC e-bike repair shop

Four people were killed and two were critically injured when a fire broke out at an e-bike repair shop in New York City. Fire officials blamed lithium-ion batteries, which have caused 108 fires resulting in 13 deaths in New York City in 2023 alone. Elaine Quijano reports.
