Meetings technology company Cvent has officially been acquired by an affiliate managed by Blackstone for $4.6 billion, the company announced Thursday. Plans for the deal were announced in March.

The completed acquisition includes a “significant minority investment from a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority” and existing stockholder Vista Equity Partners, the company said in a statement. Following the acquisition by Blackstone, Cvent is again a privately held company and its common stock no longer will be publicly listed.
